Service for Students

The E-Learning Unit Landau offers students at the RPTU in Landau comprehensive support in the use of electronic learning tools. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. However, in order for us to be able to help you in a timely manner, e-mails like "OLAT doesn't work for me" or "I can't log in" are unfortunately not sufficient. In order to be able to help you further we need more detailed information to be able to narrow down the problem:

  • Please write from your university email address so that we do not have to research your identifier first.
  • Which platform / service is affected by the problem?
  • What exactly were you trying to do when the problem occurred? Please describe how you proceeded to trigger the problem.
  • What exactly is not working? Does an error message appear?
  • Important info: Which browser and operating system are you using?
  • Ideally, send us a screenshot of the entire page (including the browser address bar) from which you are stuck.
  • Please do not send us your matriculation number! We do not need this information at any time.
