Video vignette-based diagnosis in e-exams.

Video vignette-based diagnosis in e-exams (SP II.7) reflects the experience gained in mathematics didactics with the integration of the video diagnosis tool (ViviAn) on student work and teaching/learning processes in class in e-exams and designs the transfer for other subjects. The development of a flexible and individually adaptable layout is one of the focal points in order to remove structural hurdles and to be able to promote the use in other subjects in a simplified and demand-oriented manner.

The subproject belongs to the innovation cluster II: Prototype (further) development. In this cluster, exemplary individual teaching and examination formats, but also study-accompanying measures are (further) developed as prototypes.

On the online platform vivian.uni-landau.de, both students and lecturers can familiarize themselves optimally with the system and train their skills in preparation for the e-exam on training vignettes. Here too, new functions for improved collaboration between lecturers and students are being designed and implemented. The focus can be, for example, on the possibility of giving students individual feedback on given answers within the training environment as well as an anonymized course answer view for discussing the training progress in the plenum. With an individually adaptable course system, an inter-institutional use is available, which is actively used and continuously expanded.

All sub-projects exemplify the different subjects and areas of the study and apply the transfer of the results project-immanently, i.e., each TP processes the acquired knowledge in a connectable way, makes it usable for concrete partners inside or outside the university and feeds it back into the overall project. To this end, structures are being expanded or created that systematically enable and promote this exchange.
